So, today I am going to show you the very tasty and nutrient-rich recipe of Vazhaipoo Usili. Also, the recipe is a good combination for gravies, curd rice, and rasam rice. Despite having a unique appearance, dragon fruit tastes like other fruits. Its flavour has been compared to a somewhat sweet kiwi and pear hybrid. A tropical fruit with its origins in Mexico and Central America is the dragon fruit. It tastes similar to a kiwi and a pear together.



Ingredients:

  • Dragon fruit - 300 g
  • Milk - 150 ml
  • Sugar - 3 tsp

Method:

  •      Take 300 g of chopped dragon fruit.




  • Take a mixer jar and add chopped dragon fruit, milk, and sugar. and blend it for 3–4 minutes.


  • Finally, pour it into a glass and enjoy it
