Hello, everyone! Today I'll be sharing an eggless chocolate cake recipe. The key ingredients in eggless chocolate cake are maida, cocoa powder, sugar, and oil. It is the best alternative for vegetarians and people who don't take or don't like eggs. So, I've given step-by-step instructions with images in the below blog.


Ingredients:

  • Maida                   - 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder      - 1/4 cup
  • Powdered sugar    - 3/4 cup
  • Baking Powder     - 1 tsp
  • Baking Soda         - 1/2 tsp
  • Milk                      - 1/2 cup
  • Salt                        - 1/4 tsp
  • Oil                         - 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla essence      - 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar syrup           - required amount
  • Chocolate syrup    - 1/2 cup (optional)
  • Almonds               - 10 crashed (optional)


Instructions:

  • Take a mixing bowl and place a sieve into the bowl; add maida, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda; and sieve it. Then add powdered sugar and salt and mix well.

  • Then add milk little by little and mix gently. After that, add oil and vanilla essence. and mix well. The batter should have a ribbon consistency.

  • Take a medium-sized vessel and grease it with oil or butter, then pour in the chocolate batter.



  • Take a heavy bottom cooker and remove the gasket and weight whistle. and place a small stand into the cooker and heat for 3-5 minutes.

  • After 5 minutes, place a chocolate batter vessel into the cooker and bake for 30–40 minutes.



  • After 30 to 40 minutes, use a stick to check that the cake is completely cooked and set it aside to cool. 

  • Demold the cake after it has cooled, then brush it with sugar syrup, cover it with chocolate syrup, and garnish with crushed almonds.

  • Finally, the eggless chocolate cake is ready. Enjoy!
