 Aval dosa Hello, everyone! I'm going to show you how to make aval dosa today. It is a healthy and tasty recipe. It's made of raw rice and flattened rice (ava). In the post below, I've included a detailed description of the aval dosa recipe, as well as an image and instructions. Ingredients: Aval (flattened rice)    - 1/2 cup Raw rice                      - 1 cup Salt                              - as per taste.
